Hailing from the Dhir family, Amit and Vikas, a successful healthcare tech entrepreneurs, sold their venture in 2018. Since then, they began investinf in the RTL space, directing investments through brokers. On the other side, Shaurya, a proud University of Pennsylvania alumnus, carved a niche with his B-to-C technology venture, Teleparty, which boasts of over 20 million users. With the Jain family’s legacy in the medical field and their adeptness in first trust deed investments since 2012, Shaurya represented a lineage of excellence and foresight.
Collectively, the families have seen over $300 million in first trust deed transactions on their balancesheet. Identifying gaps in technology and operations within the RTL domain, the Dhir and Jain families merged their visions. The outcome? Cityscape Finance, birthed in May 2022.
